How to Enrol?

STEP 1: ENQUIRY & CONSULTATION

  • First, complete and submit the online Enquiry Form from the link below or visit the school.
  • A member of our admission team will be in touch with you to answer your questions and collect the required information.
  • We will also get to know you a little better and discuss your educational and personal goals.

STEP 2: PLACEMENT TEST

  • In this step students will be expected to sit for a placement test.
  • Placement Test provides you with insight into a student’s reasoning and academic potential.
  • It also flags where a student may need additional support.

STEP 3: REGISTRATION

  • Should you be satisfied and ready to move forward, please fill out the registration form.
  • Parents are recommended to get familiarise themselves with the curriculum, policies and procedures of the school.

STEP 4: INVOICE AND OFFER LETTER

  • Once the registration is successful, an invoice copy and offer letter will be sent to parents.
  • A checklist on all the required documents will also be given.

STEP 5: PAYMENT AND DOCUMENT SUBMISSION

  • Parent needs to fill up the application form and ensure all documents required are in order.
  • Once the above steps are satisfactorily completed, parents pay the applicable fees to confirm admission.

COVID-19 Safety Measures

Apple Valley Academy is ready to welcome students and teachers back to academy to proceed with our academic year of 2021. Please find below some Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)s that will take place to ensure the safety of our community:-

Washing and sanitising hands regularly and follow good hygiene practices

Wear masks and/or face shields and in order to minimise contacts, stay in small group of the same students throughout the day

Temperature screening and students symptom check before entering the academy

School assemblies and activities involving teachers and students in large number will not be conducted

Academy premises and classrooms to be sanitised before and after academic session

Social distancing will be continued with a one meter spacing of students and teachers in class

Students and parents are reminded to inform academy management immediately if there are to be any symptoms or any cases diagnosed positive around their vicinity.

Who are the teachers in AVA?

The teachers and academic staff at AVA comprise of a combination of qualified and experienced teachers from Malaysia.

What are the safety measurement taken at school?

At AVA, your child’s security is of utmost priority.
We have 24-hour security guard and CCTV surveillance. Access to the school is strictly limited to authorised personnel and guests.

Do you provide transportation?

AVA has contracted transport services to connect students of different parts of Klang Valley to the school.

Do parents and guardians get access to the teachers?

Parents and guardians will have access to meet the principal and school leadership.
Teachers will be available to meet parents face-to-face in a scheduled meeting.

What are the schooling hours?

Early Years
Monday to Friday: 9.30am to 2pm

Primary and Secondary Tutoring Programme
Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 2.30pm

After the Bell Programme
Monday to Friday: 3.30 to 7.30pm

Is lunch provided?

Absolutely. The school has a lunch programme and snacks are available for the students. There will not be any charges for lunch.

Can I send someone else to pick up my child?

If you need someone else to come to school to collect your children please speak or leave a message to the principal or school heads.
Each child has a column to fill up in the Application Form with people who are allowed to collect them.

What do I do if my child has a medical issue or an allergy?

You will need to write in the Application Form for our knowledge.
